My husband and I initially contacted Tiffany regarding a property of interest. That property ended up already accepting an offer, but she offered to work with us to find another. In the end, we worked mostly with Pat Belcher. He showed us several homes and the property we bought was being sold by Tiffany (the sellers did not want her negotiating both sides). Long story short, both Tiffany and Pat are professional, friendly, responsive to all emails and calls immediately, and have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend working with them and would gladly use them again in the future.

Tiffany Panhuis seems to have a well defined game plan in terms to try and sell a house. She has been able to solve certain situations that we knew we had, ahead of time. She has not been able to sell the house so far; it’s been only less than a month now. She is responsive and is quick to respond via emails as opposed to calls. She has always been on time. She is professional.
